Our Career Services Department staff are trained to prepare our students for the world of work. The Department organizes regular career seminars that bring together accomplished corporate professionals to interact with our students to help them develop the requisite acumen for professional and career success. The Department organizes writing and research seminars for students to augment and horn their writing and research skills for career and professional success.  The Department also organizes speaking seminars & workshops that helps cultivate effective speaking and communication skills in our students.

The Department deliberately focuses on building corporate relationships that are strategically designed to forge and foster efforts to engage the beneficiaries and stakeholders (employers) of Palm’s mission of raising ethical and excellent leaders in Africa. We take and accept input into our curriculum from our beneficiaries and stakeholders to help us train ready and employable graduates. We do this through our Corporate Council (Corporate Advisory Board), Internship, Job Shadowing, Corporate Mentoring, Peer Mentoring and Community Service Programs.
